The Breakup

“Well, this probably is the last time, we see each other.” He dint meet her eyes when he said it. Nor did she.
“It wont work out! Its too complicated… I am not yet ready for it… you know it wont work out; don’t you?”
“Yes. I do.” She said trying to keep her voice steady, but in vain. No, she dint cry. She couldn’t and never had she cried before. She knew this was coming; one day or the other.
Long after he was gone, she kept seeing images of their happy times; the wonderful times when they had been together; images of her first love.
She thought he was the best human being in the whole world! She thought. She felt the pain, the agony, for the first time ever; the emotions that she had never felt before! She should not have gone in for the damn Upgrade! She plugged in to format her memory…
